Oksana Palagecha – Veteran Projects Manager

Oksana Palagecha is the manager of the Foundation’s veteran programs, an entrepreneur and business consultant with more than ten years of experience supporting entrepreneurs and developing small businesses. She is the founder of Beauty HR Center – the first center in Ukraine for personnel recruitment and training in the beauty industry, the author of the handbook “Where to Find Staff?”, and a trainer of business schools at the leading exhibitions InterCHARM Ukraine and Pro Beauty Expo.

She has significant experience in HR management, business consulting, grant writing, and the development of educational programs. She has helped open and scale more than 200 businesses, accompanying entrepreneurs at all stages of development. She is a business consultant, mentor, and organizer of dozens of educational events.

Since 2025, she has been the Deputy Head of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the Defenders of Ukraine in Kyiv, where she participates in supporting service members, veterans, and their families.

Within the Foundation, she coordinates the veteran project direction: organizing business schools, interacting with partners, supporting participants, and developing initiatives for the professional adaptation of veterans.

She is an active participant in veteran and social initiatives. She is the wife of a service member and the sister of a fallen Defender of Ukraine.
