Anastasiia Volovetska – Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Anastasiia Volovetska is a specialist with over 15 years of experience in documentation management, monitoring, administration, and data management across the civil society sector, humanitarian projects, and private institutions. She holds a medical background and a qualification in physical rehabilitation, which strengthens her ability to work with vulnerable groups.

She has worked in monitoring units of humanitarian programs, beneficiary application verification systems, project documentation administration, and coordination with regional teams, accounting departments, and logistics. Anastasiia has extensive experience working with primary documentation, internal information systems, case formation, and data compliance control.

Her key competencies include application verification, archive management, preparation of contracts and supporting documents, handling large volumes of information, communication with beneficiaries and partners, administrative process support, and a high level of responsibility in working with sensitive documentation.

She has completed additional training in financial management for non-profit organizations, BAS accounting, and M.E.Doc. Anastasiia is a native Ukrainian speaker. In her free time, she enjoys sports, fishing, and reading professional literature.
