Business School for Veterans and Their Families Announced in Kyiv

The “Public Resources and Initiatives” Charity Foundation invites veterans, war veterans with disabilities, and their family members to participate free of charge in a Business School focused on starting or developing a business.

The program is designed to help participants transform their business ideas into realistic business plans, gain practical knowledge, and receive professional mentorship support on the path to launching their own business or building a sustainable business model.

Training Format

The Business School will include:

  • 4 days of intensive in-person training: 21–22 and 28–29 March 2026
  • Location: Kyiv
  • Two months of mentorship support following the training
  • Individual guidance until participants launch their business or finalize their business model

Who Can Apply

The program is open to individuals who plan to develop a business plan and start or expand their own enterprise and belong to one of the following groups:

  • combat veterans
  • persons with disabilities caused by the war
  • family members of veterans or persons with war-related disabilities, including:
  • spouses, including spouses of fallen defenders
  • children, including children of fallen defenders
  • parents, including parents of fallen defenders

Applicants must reside in Kyiv or the Kyiv region.

Program Topics

Participants will receive practical knowledge and tools, including:

  • step-by-step development of a business plan
  • practical skills for launching and growing a business
  • financial planning and profitability calculations
  • marketing and market positioning
  • legal aspects of starting a business
  • mentorship and expert guidance
