International Forum "Ukraine's Reconstruction. The Strategic Role of Romania"

Serhiy Mykhailovych Hakman, Vice President of the Public Resources and Initiatives Charity Foundation, Deputy Director of the Chernivtsi Regional Center for Professional Development, PhD in History, Associate Professor, took part in the international forum "Ukraine’s Reconstruction. The Strategic Role of Romania," which was held on December 13–14, 2023, in Sinaia, Romania.

The forum, which addressed various aspects of Ukraine's future reconstruction and was opened by the Prime Minister of Romania, Marcel Ciolacu, and the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, brought together ministers, members of parliament, government officials, and representatives of business structures and civil society institutions from Ukraine and Romania.

As part of a panel focused on Ukrainian-Romanian cross-border cooperation, long-time partners delivered speeches: Ruslan Zaparaniuk, Head of the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration (Ukraine), and Gheorghe Flutur, President of the Suceava County Council (Romania).
