Training at the Veterans Business School in Kyiv Continues

Training at the Veterans Business School in Kyiv is ongoing. The latest session brought together participants at different stages — graduates of previous cohorts who are already running their own businesses, and those who are just starting their entrepreneurial journey.

Together with the school’s trainer, Oksana Palagecha, participants worked on questions that do not have universal answers. The meeting was held in an open format — without formalities and not “just for the sake of it.” It was an honest, sometimes challenging, but highly practical conversation.

The focus was on real experience. Participants discussed the challenges of entrepreneurship and shared their own stories: where things were difficult, what decisions had to be made, and what ultimately worked. This exchange of practical experience became the key value of the session.

A separate part of the program included one-on-one meetings with entrepreneur Serhii Polonskyi, who develops several business направления, including the Steffany beauty salon chain, the “Vash Lavash” food chain, and is a co-owner of the digital sleep clinic Dormeza.

During these meetings, participants discussed concrete business topics: risks, decision-making, responsibility, and the importance of a systematic approach to business development. The entrepreneur’s practical experience highlighted a key idea: behind every result stands consistent and systematic work.

Such meetings provide participants not only with knowledge but also with a practical understanding of the process. They offer a chance to see a real path — challenging, but achievable.
